Welcome to Magic Beach Villa in Kiwengwa

The villa is located directly on the beautiful and quiet beach in Kiwengwa village, 12 kms from Matemwe village – place of  Zanzibar Magic Boutique Hotel. The villa is for private rentals only, which means, that is never shared with other guests. On the same plot there is only owners private cottage – separate building, so the garden and the pool are for the guests of the villa.

The villa consists of 5 bedrooms: 2 doubles en suite with the pool and sea view, 1 double  and 2 twins, that are sharing 3rd bathroom. One of the twin bedrooms has sofa that can accommodate 2 extra persons. There are separate living room and kitchen.

In the living room there is large dinning table comfortable for 8 persons and extra sofa that could be used as a double bed.

The shared kitchen means that the kitchen is shared between you only as the villa is never rented by rooms – it’s for the group or friends or families booking together – one booking at the time! The kitchen is fully equipped with large fridge with freezer, an automatic washing machine, a dish washing machine and large electric oven on top of standard items like a gas powered cooker, sink and full sets of cutlery, pots, plates, glasses etc.

There is and outdoor barbeque area for al fresco dinning and hammocks and sun beds at the pool deck. The pool is 8 x 5 meters large and up to 2 meters deep. Sweet water, of course. However few steps only from the turquoise Indian Ocean.

The rental price includes daily cleaning and preparing breakfasts from guests own products, security at night time.

About 1 km from the villa there are super market, pharmacy and groceries. We will be happy to assist you with your shopping!
